中恒五金鑄造有限公司是一家專業從事衛浴五金、門用五金、機械零件等不銹鋼配件生產的精密鑄造企業，公司成立于2014年，占地面積9000平方米，座落于清遠市飛來峽鎮。
公司技術力量雄厚，擁有可靠的精密鑄造設備，公司采用中溫蠟全硅溶膠生產工藝，善于生產各類形狀復雜的衛浴五金、門用五金配件、機械配件、石油化工設備耐蝕配件等。公司已通過ISO9001質量認證體系，建立了嚴格的工藝及產品監測標準和規范，配備了相應的化學成分、力學性能等檢測手段，能確保鑄件的使用可靠性。產品的材質有：碳鋼；不銹鋼201、202；不銹鋼304、316、316L無磁；強耐蝕雙相鋼（如2205、5A（CE3MN））等。公司現有鑄造工程師3人，會計師2人，專業技術人員占公司總人數的20%。公司年產量可達1500噸不銹鋼鑄件，現月產量達90噸；隨著市場不斷擴大，公司近年來不斷引進新設備、新技術（化學成分分析光譜儀、力學性能測試機、150KG快速中頻爐、熱處理爐等；已成功開發第四代NP型快干制殼工藝運用于部分批量生產）。公司計劃在3至5年內建成月產量達200～500噸的新型智能綠色精密鑄造工廠，進一步擴大生產。

Zhongheng Metal Casting Co., Ltd. is a de-waxing precision casting company which was established in 2014, it covers a total area of about 9,000 ㎡in Feilaixia town, Qingyuan, with an annual production capacity of 1500 tons of precision castings.
Our company has passed ISO9001 certification. Mainly engaged in various types of complex components which are for hardware of door and bathroom、 machinery accessories、 corrosion resistance parts of Petro-Chemical Equipment and so on. The materials are carbon steel 、stainless steel 201、202 、304、316、Nonmagnetic 316L and duplex steel 2205、5A （CE3MN）.
The company is fully equipped with complete and advanced equipment including the direct reading spectrometer、universal testing machine 、150KG intermediate frequency furnace and heat treatment furnace etc., The most important is that we have successfully developed the fourth NP quick drying mould –shell making technology and used in our production line. The stuff: 3 Senior Engineers, 2 accountants and technical staff accounted for 20%.
